Over six years of dedicated yoga teaching and a Master’s in Yoga have shaped my philosophy that the mind is the true centre of transformation. Every breath, posture, and pause influences how the brain functions — and in turn, how we experience life. This belief drives my mission to bridge science, soul, and self-awareness through mindful practice.
